Gates of Olympus 1000 returns to Zeus’s temple with a higher multiplier ceiling than the original Gates of Olympus. This guide covers the game with “1000” in its title. The screenshots come from Pragmatic Play’s public demo, checked on 24 September 2026, and show virtual credits in USD. They do not show cash winnings or confirm availability with any Canadian casino.
A 6 × 5 grid with pays-anywhere symbols
The main screen contains six columns and five rows. Eight or more matching regular symbols anywhere on the screen form a paying group; they do not need to sit on a fixed payline. The paytable separates groups of 8–9, 10–11 and 12–30 symbols.
Before your first demo spin, find the credit balance, total bet and information button. Changing the bet also changes the amounts shown in the paytable. The dollar amounts in our screenshots are examples from that particular demo configuration.
Read the symbols and paytable
Crowns, hourglasses, rings, cups and coloured gems have different values. The Zeus portrait is a Scatter symbol and follows its own rule. Open the information screen to distinguish a normal symbol payment from a Scatter payment or a bonus trigger.
A virtual balance is only a testing tool. It cannot be withdrawn, and a long demo session does not establish how the next round will finish.

Tumbles and multipliers from 2× to 1000×
After a winning group pays, its symbols disappear. The remaining symbols drop down and new ones fill the gaps. The sequence continues while another paying group forms.
Multiplier symbols can appear in both the base game and free spins. Their displayed values range from 2× to 1000×. At the end of a tumble sequence, the applicable multiplier values are added and applied to that sequence’s win. A “1000” in the game title is not a promise that a high multiplier will appear.
How free spins work
Four or more Scatters trigger a round beginning with 15 free spins. In the feature, qualifying multiplier values build a total that can carry through the round. Three or more Scatters during free spins award five additional spins.
The inspected demo also includes an Ante Bet option and a 100× bonus purchase. Availability and settings can differ between versions. Read the active control and its cost before selecting it; a bonus purchase does not guarantee a profit.

RTP and volatility: check the loaded version
The inspected provider demo displays 96.50% theoretical RTP for ordinary play and Ante Bet, and 96.49% for the bonus purchase. These observations apply to that demo, not every operator configuration. The game describes its volatility as high.
RTP is a theoretical long-run figure. It does not predict a session return or protect a balance from loss. The rules state a maximum of 15,000 times the bet, at which point the round ends. This is a ceiling, not an expected result.
Mobile controls and responsible use
The information button opens the rules; arrows move between information screens. Sound controls and game settings can be changed without starting a spin. A landscape screen may make the six-column grid easier to read.
